StoryPoint is seeking a Wellness Director to oversee clinical resident care services, drive the 1440 experience, optimize performance, and lead employee connections across our community. The role requires active RN/LPN licensure in the state, plus CDP compliance within 90 days, with preferred experience in Assisted Living/Memory Care.
