Job summary

Flik Hospitality in New York, NY is seeking a Wellness and Allergy Manager I responsible for all nutrition and wellness information and activity across the assigned account. They oversee the Flik Allergen Management Initiative, provide education and guidance to associates, and ensure compliance with FDA nutrition and allergy labeling laws.

The role collaborates with on-site managers to support corporate nutrition goals, develops wellness programs, conducts training, and supports daily operations

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)-required.
• Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in applicable states.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Culinary and/or foodservice experience preferred.
• Experiences in allergen labeling strongly preferred.
• Serve-Safe certification preferred—if not certified, obtain certification within 12 weeks from hire date.

Responsibilities

• Drive Company Wellness & Food Philosophy across assigned accounts.
• Ensure Nutrition Compliance & Quality Assurance through audits and site visits.
• Educate & Empower Operational Teams on wellness standards and allergen risk management.
• Partner with Clients & Stakeholders to align wellness strategies with client goals.
• Activate Wellness Programming & Events with regional marketing and culinary teams.
• Stay Ahead of Nutrition & Wellness Trends relevant to food service and campus environments.
