Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a Wellness Manager/RDN to oversee nutrition and wellness support for the assigned region, implementing corporate programs and ensuring compliance with nutrition labeling and allergy considerations. Travel up to 30% and a Monday–Friday schedule are expected, with location in the Washington DC area.

The role requires an active RD/RDN credential, strong public speaking, and experience leading nutrition initiatives across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the CDR is required.
• Licensed by the State Dietetics Licensing Board where applicable.
• Minimum 5 years general Dietitian/Nutritional experience in business environments.
• General Hospitality knowledge and interest in sustainability and sustainable food practices.
• Strong public speaking skills and ability to deliver audience-appropriate presentations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform nutrition and wellness support as an RD/N in assigned region.
• Implement corporate nutrition programs and support quality assurance for labeling, allergies, and special diets.
• Support Airport Lounges and B&I locations; participate in account retention and sales efforts.

Job Summary

TheWellness Manager oversees and performs responsibilities as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) encompassing nutrition and wellness support for assigned region; implements corporate nutrition programs, supports quality assurance in areas of nutrition labeling, food allergies and special diets; supports both Airport Lounges and B&I locations. Participates in account retention and sales efforts. Monday-Friday, day shift with occasional nights and weekends as needed. Must be willing to travel: 30%

Key Responsibilities:

• Understands and promotes Company food philosophy, sustainability commitments, andnutrition programs.
• Develops, implements, and/or tracks effectiveness of corporate nutrition and wellness programming taking into account current dietary recommendations and trends, overall account profiles, and clientneeds.
• Leadsteam projects related to the growth of nutrition and health.
• Plays an active role ineducating internal teams on Company protocols related to riskmanagement of food allergies and special diets.
• Plays lead role in roll-out and maintenance of guest-facing nutritioncommunication programs.
• Participates asmember of national nutrition team encompassing RD/corporate meetings andactivities, new account sales, account retention, communication regardingactivities, new programs, and new account openings.
• Conducts site visits for purpose of quality control of nutritional program, nutritional standards, on-site nutritional support (meeting with , clients, etc.) and on-site programming.
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date knowledge of nutrition topics related to food service and wellness. Communicates to team regarding industry’s nutritional trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) required.
• Licensed by the State Dietetics Licensing Board in states where applicable required.
• Five (5) years general Dietitian/Nutritional work with related experience in business environments required.
• General Hospitality knowledge and interest in sustainability and sustainable food practices.
• Requires strong public speaking skills and ability to plan and deliver audience-appropriate presentations for guests, clients, internal teams, and/or potential clients.
• Mustlearn and become proficient in using company nutrient analysis software.
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point, nutrient analysis software and social media
