Job summary

Flik Hospitality Group in New York, NY, is seeking a Wellness and Allergy Manager I to oversee nutrition and allergy management across the assigned account. The role collaborates with on‑site managers to implement wellness education, FDA labeling compliance, and allergen communications while supporting sustainability and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) is required.
• Licensed Dietitian in applicable states.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Culinary/foodservice experience preferred.
• Experience with allergen labeling (packaged foods or restaurant) strongly preferred.
• Serve‑Safe certification preferred; if not certified, obtain within 12 weeks from hire date.

Responsibilities

• Drive Company Wellness & Food Philosophy across assigned accounts.
• Ensure nutrition compliance & quality assurance, including federal labeling laws and state/local requirements, via site visits and audits.
• Educate and empower operational teams on wellness standards, allergy risk management, and special diets.
• Partner with clients and stakeholders to align wellness strategies with client goals.
• Coordinate wellness event calendars with regional marketing and culinary teams for health fairs and related events.
• Stay up to date on nutrition/wellness trends and evolving dietary guidance.
