Flik Independent School Dining seeks a Wellness Manager Dietitian I to oversee regional nutrition and wellness initiatives, implementing corporate and client programs, upholding menu labeling and quality standards, and supporting campus nutrition needs while aiding account retention and sales efforts.

The role emphasizes educating operational teams, building client relationships, coordinating wellness events, and staying ahead of nutrition trends to support client goals across accounts.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) is required.
• Licensed Dietitian, or willingness to obtain where applicable.
• Minimum 4 years of corporate wellness experience preferred.
• Serve-Safe certification preferred; if not held, obtain within 12 weeks of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute company wellness programs across assigned accounts.
• Support nutrition compliance and quality assurance through audits and site visits.
• Educate operations teams on wellness standards and dietary practices.
• Build relationships with client health teams and account leaders.
• Coordinate wellness events with marketing and culinary teams.
• Stay current on nutrition trends related to food service and student health.
