Job summary

The Wellness Advisor of Sunnyside will advise customers on cannabis products (recreational, medical) and act as an ambassador of Cresco Labs’ mission to normalize and professionalize cannabis. You will use your customer service experience and product knowledge to ensure a best-in-class shopping experience, from check-in to checkout, while upholding state compliance.

We value flexibility to work across opening and closing shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service; retail or hospitality experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work shifts that may include opening, closing, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, ensuring a best-in-class experience.
• Build customer relationships by listening to needs and providing guidance.
• Assist customers in product selection through education on cannabis products.
• Verify proper documentation and ID for customers.
• Perform accurate cash handling in the POS system and manage orders.
