Job summary

Exos Partners, LLC is seeking a Community Experience Manager to help plan and execute events, intramural and recreational sports programs for a large client. You will collaborate with Exos and client teams to deliver wellness-focused activities, manage facilities, equipment, and logistics, and ensure safety and participant welfare.

The role requires 2+ years of program planning experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and the ability to work flexible evenings/weekends to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sport management/administration, recreation, business, or related field.
• Red Cross AED/CPR and First Aid certification.
• 2+ years of experience planning intramural and recreational sports programs or large-scale events.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate events, intramural and recreational sports programs and community initiatives.
• Work with client property management and vendors to deliver events (food, beverage, entertainment, wellness, facilities).
• Be present at engagements and identify team members to assist in event delivery and offerings.
• Analyze success metrics and provide insights on events’ impact on wellness community growth.
