Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in kinesiology/spor ts science or related field required.
• Min 3 years strength coaching or personal training experience.
• Certifications: NSCA-CSCS or NASM preferred; CPR/AED and First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for client operations.
• Lead engagement activities with clients such as events and wellness fairs.
• Manage daily facility floor operations ensuring safety and client experience.
• Mentor and support staff to deliver world-class service.
• Instruct and motivate clients to achieve goals per Exos’ standards.
• Oversee site-level operations and ensure contract alignment.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet client expectations.
• Conduct performance evaluations and foster a positive team culture.
• Evaluate site operations and metrics against objectives.
