Job summary

Exos seeks a General Manager for the Multi-Tenant Employee Wellbeing Center to seamlessly align Exos, clients, and tenants in delivering a world-class wellbeing experience. You will lead daily operations with a hospitality-first mindset, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and an exceptional member journey.

You will build and coach a diverse team, drive membership sales and participation in programs, and partner with the client to meet tenant objectives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project, program, or operations management with cross-functional team leadership
• Experience as a liaison in corporate, agency, or consulting environments
• Strong data analysis to guide program decisions
• Excellent communication to engage diverse audiences
• Familiarity with design thinking and systems thinking
• Bachelor’s Degree in fitness or business-related field
• Current CPR/AED/First Aid certifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to keep center clean, safe, and efficient
• Lead a diverse team to deliver exceptional member experiences
• Drive membership sales and tours to help members achieve fitness goals
• Create strategies to boost participation in programs, classes, events, and PT
• Partner with client to align center operations with tenant objectives
• Develop initiatives to improve satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
• Manage budgets and track financial performance to meet goals
• Act as liaison between Exos, client, and tenant orgs to build relationships
• Plan and execute events uniting community leaders and members
• Promote offerings via newsletters, social, and onsite events
