Exos is seeking a Community Experience Manager in McLean, VA to support a large corporate wellness program across multiple fitness centers. You will help with facilities, equipment, scheduling, programming, events and intramurals, coordinating with Exos and client leadership.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field, AED/CPR, 2+ years of planning large-scale events, strong vendor management, and the ability to work evenings.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in sport management or related discipline.
• AED/CPR and First Aid certification.
• 2+ years of planning intramural and recreational programs.
• Experience coordinating multiple vendors and partners.

Mansioni

• Execute events, intramural and recreational programs with Exos and client teams.
• Collaborate with property management and partners on event delivery.
• Identify team members to support successful events.
• Analyze event success metrics and impact on wellness engagement.
• Build relationships with community stakeholders to foster tenant wellness events.
• Assist annual planning of programs and events.
