Job summary

Exos is seeking a Performance Coach to join our corporate wellness center. You will lead diverse group classes, assess participants, and create personalized fitness plans to help clients reach their health goals.

In this role, you will also provide one‑on‑one training, monitor safety, and support program initiatives that boost engagement. A strong customer-service mindset and exceptional communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.
• Nationally accredited certification (NASM/ACSM/NSCA/ACE) preferred.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification required.
• Experience leading and teaching group exercise classes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Monitor exercise participants to ensure safety and adherence to workout plans.
• Lead and instruct group exercise classes for various fitness levels.
• Conduct fitness assessments, prescribe personalized exercise plans, and design programs for diverse clients, including high‑risk populations.
• Offer one‑on-one consultations, personalized training, and motivation.
• Assist with incentive and health-promotion programs and day-to-day operations.
• Handle administrative tasks related to fitness facility operations.
• Support additional duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations.
