Job summary

ExxonMobil in the Houston area is seeking a Well Operations Supervisor to direct drilling, completions, frac and workover operations, with safety and efficiency as top priorities. The role offers on-site work with a two- to four-week rotation and opportunities to travel domestically and internationally.

We seek Bachelor degree graduates in Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or other STEM programs, with strong problem-solving, communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Recently graduated or upcoming graduation date in a Bachelors degree program; preferred degrees include Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or similar.
• Problem-solving skills, analytical ability, and mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• No prior experience in oil and gas; mentorship and training provided.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage well site operations including drilling, completions, frac and workover.
• Travel domestically and internationally to onshore and offshore sites.
• Work rotation schedule on/off site.
• Organize and prioritize well site activities with focus on safety and efficiency.
• Analyze and communicate ongoing well-related operations and performance.
• Participate in mentorship and training roadmap through the Well Operations BIT program.
