Job summary

ExxonMobil in Houston seeks a Well Operations Supervisor to direct and manage well site operations across drilling, completions, and P&A, emphasizing safety, cost control, and efficiency. The role travels domestically and internationally, with on-site rotations and career development opportunities.

The position is safety sensitive; candidates will undergo background checks and drug testing in line with company policy.

Qualifications

• 5-15 years' experience working on or managing well sites (drilling rig, frac fleet, workover rig, coil tubing unit) implementing and overseeing drilling, completion, workover, and/or P&A operations.
• Minimum formal education requested: High school diploma.
• Basic knowledge of math and science (i.e. hydraulics, fluid flow, fluid mechanics, mechanical design and materials engineering).

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage well site operations for ExxonMobil Wells Organization with emphasis on safety, cost and efficiency improvements.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, with on-site rotation schedules and mentorship/training.
