Job summary

ExxonMobil is seeking a Well Operations Supervisor to oversee a wide range of well site operations across the life cycle, primarily on offshore drilling rigs. The role includes construction, workovers, and abandonment, with a rotation schedule and diverse rig/vessel deployments.

Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors and internal teams in SIMOPS, reviewing drilling programs, participating in safety meetings, monitoring equipment performance, and ensuring accurate documentation

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with contractors and internal reps in SIMOPS for safe, efficient operations.
• Review drilling & completions programs and monitor rig operations.
• Participate in Pre-Job Safety, Pre-Spud, and Pre-Tour Safety Meetings.
• Monitor rig-up, testing, and BOP equipment performance.
• Track tubular/equipment inventories and verify critical equipment.
• Document IADC/WellView reports and verify operational tests.
• Assist with cost tracking and identify process improvements.
• Participate in new rig acceptance inspections when applicable.
