Job summary

ExxonMobil in Texas is offering a Well Operations Intern position for the summer. You will shadow Well Operations Supervisors and participate in drilling, completions, frac and workover operations on onshore sites, with a three-week on / one-week off rotation during the 12-week program.

Interns gain hands-on technical experience, tour facilities, and connect with leaders across the organization. ExxonMobil provides housing, travel support from home to site, and meals during on-site weeks.

Responsibilities

• Shadow Well Operations Supervisors to learn drilling, completions, frac and workover operations.
• Travel to well sites to supervise drilling/workover/completion operations.
• Organize and prioritize well site activities with a focus on safety, operations integrity, and continuous improvement.
• Analyze and communicate ongoing well-related operations and events while supporting the Wells Team's efforts to improve performance.
