Job summary

ExxonMobil is seeking Well Operations Interns for a structured rotation on domestic onshore sites. You will shadow Well Operations Supervisors, participate in drilling, completions, frac and workover activities, and contribute to safety and efficiency improvements.

Responsibilities

• Work with Wells Team to implement drilling/workover/completion well design with engineering staff and contractors
• Travel to well sites to supervise drilling/workover/completion operations
• Organize and prioritize well-site activities with a focus on safety, operations integrity, and continuous improvement
• Analyze and communicate ongoing well-related operations and performance with Wells Team
