Job summary

ExxonMobil in Houston seeks a Well Operations Supervisor to direct drilling, completions, frac and workover operations with safety and efficiency focus. You will work with Wells Team globally, traveling domestically and internationally.

The position features a rotation schedule with 2-4 weeks on site then off, plus onboarding mentorship and formal training in drilling and well management. ExxonMobil values integrity, safety and career development.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in engineering technology, construction management, or other STEM program.
Problem-solving, analytical, and mechanical aptitude.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
No prior oil and gas experience required; on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

Direct and manage well site operations including drilling, completions, frac and workover.
Travel to well sites to supervise operations.
Work a rotation schedule on the well site for two to four weeks.
Organize and prioritize well site activities focusing on safety and efficiency.
Analyze operations and communicate performance and events with the Wells Team.
Participate in Well Operations BIT program and mentor new hires.
