Job summary

ExxonMobil in Houston seeks a Well Operations Supervisor to direct drilling, completions, frac and workover operations with safety and efficiency focus. You will work with Wells Team globally, traveling domestically and internationally.

The position features a rotation schedule with 2-4 weeks on site then off, plus onboarding mentorship and formal training in drilling and well management. ExxonMobil values integrity, safety and career development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering technology, construction management, or other STEM program.
• Problem-solving, analytical, and mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• No prior oil and gas experience required; on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage well site operations including drilling, completions, frac and workover.
• Travel to well sites to supervise operations.
• Work a rotation schedule on the well site for two to four weeks.
• Organize and prioritize well site activities focusing on safety and efficiency.
• Analyze operations and communicate performance and events with the Wells Team.
• Participate in Well Operations BIT program and mentor new hires.
