Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a welding manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical and welding aptitude.
• Proficient reading blueprints, WPS and welding symbols.
• Experience using SAP in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to train and mentor team members.
• Proven leadership of a diverse production team.
• Active problem-solving with countermeasure implementation.

Responsibilities

• Define and optimize production workflows to support efficient manufacturing operations.
• Develop and maintain standardized work instructions while coordinating production schedules.
• Lead manufacturing improvements, process optimizations, and new technologies.
• Partner with Production, Maintenance, and Quality to improve product quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Promote a safe working environment and escalate operational issues to management.
