Qualifications

• Prepare standardized work instructions.
• Coordinate work schedules with operational goals.
• Implement manufacturing improvements and process changes.
• Provide guidance to production, maintenance, and quality control.
• Ensure all safety measures are followed.
• Escalate issues to manager or support groups.
