Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent welding experience.
• Five or more years in B2B or specialized sales.
• Reliable transportation, driver’s license and required liability insurance.
• Advance the Airgas Advanced Fabrication Sales Methodology to growth of capital equipment, robotics, and automation solutions.
• Provide knowledgeable support on CNC cutting systems, robotic welding systems, and plasma/laser integration.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer welding/cutting practices and conduct Weld Surveys and Efficiency Analyses to recommend improvements.
• Advance the Airgas Advanced Fabrication Sales Methodology to contribute to growth of capital equipment, robotics, and automation solutions.
• Provide knowledgeable support and sharing of expertise on CNC cutting systems, robotic welding systems, and plasma/laser integration.
• Act as a mentor to the Welding Specialist team; provide onsite product and application training for customers to upskill the workforce.
• Coordinate installation and servicing of fixed and robotic automation projects, ensuring stakeholder alignment.
• Collect and report on market trends, industry activities, and customer needs to keep Airgas as a trusted reference.
