Job summary

Airgas, Inc. is seeking a Welding Process Specialist in Colorado, based in the Denver Metro area, to promote welding processes and drive technical sales. The role emphasizes expertise in welding and strong presentation skills to support customers across multiple Colorado locations.

You will analyze welding applications, train customers, and collaborate with sales teams to deliver engineered cost reductions while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology required.
• At least ten years welding industry experience preferred.
• Experience with SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, GTAW, SAW, OFC and PAC is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Represents ONE AIRGAS to prospects and customers, aligning needs with products and services.
• Increase sales and loyalty through welding efficiency analysis and cost reduction.
• Provide training on Airgas shielding gases, weld products, and applications.
