Eden Capital Careers is seeking an experienced Welding & Fabrication Instructor to lead hands-on shop training in the Rocky Mountain region. The role moves seasoned welders toward a teaching leadership position, mentoring the next generation of tradespeople while preserving the practical, shop-floor focus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of welding and fabrication experience.
• Blueprint reading, cutting techniques, and shop safety knowledge.
• Willingness to learn CNC and digital shop tools.
• Strong communication and team-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Teach welding techniques (SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, GTAW) through lectures and hands-on shop instruction.
• Demonstrate equipment use, including CNC plasma tables and automated cutters.
• Support students with shop safety, measuring, layout, and cutting.
• Collaborate on curriculum development and grading using software.
