Top Echelon Software LLC in the Rocky Mountain region seeks an experienced welder or metal fabricator to shift from the shop floor into a leadership role mentoring the next generation of tradespeople.

You’ll teach welding techniques, demonstrate CNC plasma table use, support student safety, and help shape curriculum with grading software integration. A strong communicator with 7+ years in the field is ideal.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional welding and fabrication experience.
• Blueprint reading, cutting techniques, and shop safety protocols.
• Familiarity with CNC and digital shop tools or willingness to learn.
• Strong communicator with a positive, team-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Teach welding techniques (SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, GTAW) through lectures and hands-on shop instruction.
• Demonstrate equipment use including CNC plasma tables and automated cutters.
• Support students with shop safety, accurate measuring, layout and cutting.
• Collaborate on curriculum development and use grading software.
