Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English sufficiently.
• Industrial truck and aerial platform licenses.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Completion of Weld Tech curriculum and trainee period.

Responsabilités

• Follow all safety procedures while servicing or maintaining equipment.
• Mentor Weld Technician trainees.
• Perform preventative maintenance on fixtures and cells.
• Run Red Rabbit process and troubleshoot sensor issues.
• Perform weld tip/cap changes and torch maintenance.
• Understand welding processes and fixture adjustments.
• Operate robotic programming points and basic cell resets.
