Delta College in Michigan seeks collaborative Welding Adjunct Instructor(s) to foster student retention and success. This part-time role starts Fall 2026, teaching Oxy-Fuel Welding and Cutting, SMAW, GMAW, and GTAW.
Classes typically meet one or two nights per week. Qualifications include a Journeyman’s card with 4000 hours of welding experience or an Associate Degree or higher in Welding Engineering Technology or a related field.

Instructors are responsible for establishing and promoting an effective learning environment to maximize student learning. We are looking for part-time help starting Fall 2026. Classes to be taught include Oxy-Fuel Welding and Cutting, Shielded Metal Arc Welding (stick), Gas Metal Arc Welding ( MIG ), and Gas Tungsten Arc Welding ( TIG ). The classes will typically meet one or two nights a week. We have several openings available.
