Job summary

L & L Fabrication, Inc. in Loveland, CO is hiring a Welder II to operate at the Douglas Weld Shop. The role requires Code and Non-Code welding skills, agility to switch to fitting and team development, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

You will perform GMAW, FCAW, SMAW per WPS and work in a high-pace environment. Expect pay in the $24.00–$30.00 per hour range with full-time hours. The shop holds ASME U and R stamps and focuses on quality, safety, and on-time delivery while

Qualifications

• Code Welding Experience with ASME Sec. 8/9, B31.3, AWS D1.1, AWS D17.1.
• Mechanical aptitude for manufacturing settings.
• Ability to own outcomes and contribute to team culture SAFE and CORE.
• Willingness to learn new processes and methods.

Responsibilities

• Weld Non-Code and Code articles to satisfactory quality.
• Perform GMAW, FCAW, and SMAW per WPS.
• Weld to expectations and handle 100% NDT when required.
• Operate oxy-fuel, plasma, saw, mag-drill, and grinder safely.
• Use shop and personal tooling safely and appropriately.
• Drive a forklift safely.
• Contribute to team development of welding and fabrication skills.
• Plan work details from instructions and specifications.
• Repair and fabricate items using cutting, burning, and welding techniques.
