Job summary

L&L Fabrication, Inc. in Colorado’s Douglas Weld Shop seeks a Welder II for full-time work. You will weld per ASME standards, switch between welding, fitting, and team support, and adapt to business needs. Safety, quality, and on-time delivery are emphasized.

Rate of pay ranges from $24.00 to $30.00 per hour, with opportunities to contribute across processes and tooling as part of a collaborative shop environment.

Qualifications

• Code welding experience (ASME Sec. 8/9, B31.3, AWS D1.1, AWS D17.1).
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work in a manufacturing setting.
• Ownership attitude and safe, CORE-focused mindset.
• Desire to contribute to workplace culture and safety.

Responsibilities

• Weld Non-Code and Code articles to satisfactory quality.
• Perform GMAW, FCAW, SMAW per WPS.
• Achieve 100% NDT when required and maintain quality.
• Process materials with accuracy and efficiency.
• Operate oxy-fuel, plasma, saw, mag-drill, and grinder.
• Use shop tools safely and responsibly; drive a forklift.
