Job summary

Emerson in Boulder, Colorado is seeking a Welder for 1st shift to join our skilled manufacturing team. You will perform manual, automated, or semi-automated welding operations, interpret drawings and weld specifications, and ensure parts meet defined quality and dimensional standards.

You will read and apply welding procedures, participate in inspections, maintain traceability records, and work safely within 5S+1 standards.

Qualifications

• Basic welding skills and ability to read and apply welding procedures.
• Experience or training with welding symbols, drawings, and work instructions.
• Ability to use welding equipment and perform inspections per procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual, automated, or semi-automated welding according to specifications.
• Prepare, fit, position, and weld components to meet tolerances.
• Maintain records of production, quality, and certification data.
• Identify and report nonconforming materials or welds and escalate as needed.
