Responsibilities

• Produce code qualified welds in 1G or 2G positions using GTAW manually and with automated equipment.
• Perform visual weld inspections before, during, and after welding operations.
• Follow safety procedures and identify safety concerns; take appropriate action.
• Collaborate with co-workers, share skills, and seek feedback for skill development.
• Support CIP and Lean initiatives to improve quality metrics like cycle time and first pass yield.
