ACT is a custom machine design and manufacturing company (www.actclean.com). We are seeking talented WELDERS / MECHANICS / TECHNICIANS to be trained in ACT'S way of TIG, Laser, and MIG welding stainless steel, fabricating, CNC machinery operation, powder coating, machine assembly, wiring, quality control, and more in our fast-paced yet very clean factory. 98% of our work is with stainless steel.

3-5 years of industrial experience working with machinery, making parts, TIG welding, assembly, wiring, and more is preferred. If you are a mechanic who loves working on a variety of custom projects, we want to hear from you!

Who we want:

• Individuals who can pass our on-site stainless steel TIG weld test
• Individuals who can demonstrate modern TIG techniques for heat control while producing small, uniform fill welds
• Individuals experienced in reading drawings in English and capable of measuring and producing with accuracy
• Individuals with a passion for metal fabrication who understand the importance of efficiency
• Individuals experienced with CNC shear, press brake, plasma, roll, etc., or willing to learn how to operate them safely
• Punctual individuals willing to go the extra mile to ensure top quality at all times
