Job summary

Caterpillar North Little Rock, AR is seeking a Welder Apprentice for the 2nd shift to join our team. You will work across MIG, TIG, and stud welding, with focus on 0.052” GMAW in 1G/2G positions and required qualification tests after training.

Six weeks of Weld School followed by three weeks of on-the-job training prepares you for a hands-on role that supports production. Position offers Day One benefits and competitive wages.

Qualifications

• Basic Knowledge of Welding Fundamentals.
• Welding experience and/or completion of a Technical or Trade School Welding Course.
• Ability to Read Blueprints and follow standard work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Support 2nd shift welding operations in North Little Rock using 0.052” GMAW (MIG).
• Operate GTAW (TIG) and Stud Welding at select stations as required.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain quality welds per specifications.
