Job summary

Caterpillar North Little Rock, AR is seeking an Assembly role on our 2nd shift. You will assemble/test parts for wheel loaders and motor graders in a team setting at the North Little Rock site, following established work orders.

We provide classroom and on-the-job training; prior assembly experience is not required. Expect day one benefits and a starting wage of $19.35/hour with opportunities for overtime based on needs.

Qualifications

• No prior assembly experience is required; training is provided.
• Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Availability for 2nd shift: Mon–Fri, 3 PM–11 PM; orientation/training 7 AM–3 PM.
• Pre-employment screenings (background, drug).

Responsibilities

• Assemble/test parts, components, or systems following work orders.
• Collaborate with support teams to improve the assembly process.
• Use assembly tools and lifting devices to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Own and learn from work to maintain high safety/quality standards.
