Aerotek in Lebanon, PA is seeking a Welder for a contract-to-hire role in a growing custom fabrication shop. You will work on MIG and TIG welding projects, reading blueprints and setting up jobs as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of welding experience in a manufacturing or job shop environment.
• Strong MIG welding experience required.
• TIG welding experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform independent job setup.
• Experience with fabrication, fitting, and assembly.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM

• Optional overtime available on Fridays

Position Overview

Join a growing custom fabrication shop that builds products for a variety of industries, including wastewater treatment, fire equipment, railroad, concrete, and specialty manufacturing. This role focuses primarily on MIG welding, with some TIG welding, on stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum. You'll work from blueprints, set up your own jobs, and be involved in fitting and fabrication as part of a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum

Work Environment

Manufacturing and fabrication shop environment with welding, water jet, and plasma cutting operations. Facility is not temperature controlled, and safety is a top priority. Employees work closely as a team in a fast-paced custom fabrication setting.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lebanon, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $28.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
