The position is physically active, requiring frequent movement, bending, and lifting, and calls for a safety-conscious professional who can work efficiently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Use basic hand tools such as hammers, wrenches, and tape measures correctly and safely in support of fabrication activities.

  • Ability to operate a forklift safely.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Ability to stand and walk throughout the day with minimal sitting.

  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs on a regular basis.

  • Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • AWS welding certification, preferably D1.1 or D1.4, beyond the minimum requirement.

  • Experience working in a manufacturing plant or welding shop environment.

  • Comfort working in both indoor covered areas and outdoor conditions.
