Work Environment

Work in a hands-on environment that involves frequent use of hands and fingers for welding, grinding, and assembly tasks. You must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and equipment up to 40 lbs, with occasional assistance for heavier items. The role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and squatting for extended periods during a shift. Good hand-eye coordination, visual acuity, and the ability to hear alarms and communicate effectively in a noisy environment are essential. You will be exposed to varying temperatures, noise levels, welding fumes, dust, and airborne particles, necessating the use of appropriate personal protective equipment and adherence to safety procedures. Work is performed on uneven, metal, or grating surfaces, with potential for climbing ladders or working at elevated positions.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.43 - $24.03/hr.
