Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 2–4 years of relevant experience may be considered instead of education
• Healthcare front-desk or patient-facing experience preferred
• Experience with front-desk operations including check-in, telephone management, documentation, and payment processing
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with Josselyn standards
• Proficiency with EMR systems and HIPAA compliance
• Strong written and verbal communication; bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Zoom

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in clients and visitors per procedures
• Maintain accurate and compliant records while safeguarding patient information
• Assist with co-payments and payments following billing procedures
• Answer and route calls promptly and professionally
• Scan, upload, and maintain onboarding documentation in the EMR
• Keep waiting area clean and welcoming
• Collaborate with clinical, billing, and admin teams for coordinated care
• Process incoming/outgoing mail and complete assigned tasks on time
