Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in clients and visitors per front desk procedures.
  • Adhere to onboarding procedures and maintain compliant records per HIPAA.
  • Assist with co-payment and invoice payments in a courteous manner.
  • Answer and route telephone calls professionally and promptly.
  • Scan, upload, and maintain onboarding docs in the EMR system.
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming waiting area and sanitize workstations.
  • Collaborate with clinical, billing, and admin teams to ensure smooth care delivery.
  • Process mail accurately and complete assigned projects on time.
