Kruse Village is seeking a Concierge to welcome residents, families, and visitors with warmth in our senior living community. You’ll answer phones, help with directions and deliveries, and coordinate transportation and daily needs.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred.
• Familiarity with senior living or healthcare environments is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you love helping people!
• Friendly, patient, and respectful with all residents, guests, and team members.
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the Face of the Community: Greet residents, families, and visitors with a smile and a helpful attitude.
• Be the Face of the Community: Answer phones and respond to inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
• Be the Face of the Community: Assist with directing guests and handling deliveries or messages.
