Job summary

Heritage Senior Living welcomes a friendly Concierge to greet residents and visitors and support the community’s administrative needs. You’ll be the welcoming face and voice, helping with phones, messages, and sign-in procedures.

The role focuses on exceptional customer service, organization, and collaboration with multiple departments to ensure a warm, professional environment for residents and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of administrative, clerical, receptionist, hospitality, or customer-service experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, visitors, vendors, and prospective residents in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system.
• Respond to general questions, take accurate messages, and connect callers with the appropriate team member.
• Assist residents and visitors with questions and requests.
• Maintain a welcoming lobby environment and assist with tours and onboarding.
