Job summary

Larimer County Department of Human Services seeks a Welcome Center Administrative Supervisor to lead a team of Administrative Specialists at Fort Collins and Loveland. You will set workflows, mentor staff, and ensure compassionate, efficient client support across both locations.

This full-time, in-office role requires strategic thinking, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to coordinate with inter-departmental partners to maintain service standards, manage inventories, and support

Qualifications

• Five or more years in a related field.
• Two or more years of supervisory experience.
• Reliable transportation to county facilities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily administrative operations and supervise staff across Fort Collins and Loveland Welcome Centers.
• Establish operational priorities, procedures, and service standards for compassionate client support.
• Oversee supply logistics and inventory of administrative forms and office essentials.
• Represent Welcome Centers in inter-departmental meetings and maintain partnerships.
• Coordinate fleet vehicle maintenance at County facilities.
• Provide hands-on Welcome Center coverage during peak times or gaps.
