Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in PA.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• At least 6 months nursing experience; home health preferred.
• CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver; license.
• Caring for pediatric patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Perform g-tube care/feedings.
• Monitor vitals.
• Administer medications safely and accurately.
• Communicate clearly with care team and family.
• Provide family-centered pediatric care.
