Job summary

Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate LPN for 1:1 pediatric private duty care in Ebensburg, PA. The role is full-time day shift, with one-on-one patient focus and a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:45 AM to 2:15 PM.

You will provide ADL assistance, monitor seizures, administer medications, and maintain clear, compassionate communication with the family and care team. Join a supportive home health team.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Pennsylvania.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• CPR certification.
• At least 6 months of nursing experience.
• Reliable transportation and driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Monitor seizures.
• Administer medications safely and accurately.
• Communicate with care team and family.
• Deliver family-centered pediatric care.
