Job summary

Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate LPN to provide 1:1 pediatric private duty nursing for a 1-year-old in Pittsburgh, PA.

This part-time day-shift role emphasizes ADLs, vitals monitoring, g-tube care and safe med administration, with strong collaboration with a family and care team to deliver high-quality, individualized pediatric care in the home.

Applicants must hold an LPN or RN license in PA, have CPR, and at least 6 months of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in PA.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• At least 6 months of nursing experience.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Perform g-tube care/feedings & aspiration precautions.
• Monitor vitals.
• Monitor seizures.
• Administer medications safely.
• Communicate clearly with the care team and family.
• Deliver exceptional, family-centered pediatric care.
