Job summary

Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate LPN to provide 1:1 private duty pediatric care for a 3-year-old male child in Portage, PA. The role is part-time, day shift, with a 2 days/week schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities include ADLs assistance, G-tube care, trach/vent care, and respiratory assessments. CPR certification and PA LPN/RN license required. Flexible, supportive team environment with weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, dedicated LPN to provide 1:1 private duty pediatric care.
• Experience with pediatric home health is a plus.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Provide G-tube care and feedings.
• Provide trach/vent care.
• Perform respiratory assessments.
• Administer medications safely and accurately.
• Communicate clearly with the care team and family.
• Deliver family-centered pediatric care.
