Job summary
Community Care in West Mifflin, PA is seeking a compassionate LPN to provide one-on-one pediatric private duty nursing for a 9-year-old girl. The position is part-time with day shift, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM, three days per week, with weekend options.
You will deliver personalized care in a home setting and collaborate closely with the family and care team. The ideal candidate holds a Pennsylvania LPN or RN license, has graduated from an accredited nursing program, CPR certification, and at least six
Qualifications
- Current LPN license in PA
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- At least 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred)
- CPR certification
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- A caring heart and passion for pediatric care
Responsibilities
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Provide G‑tube care and feedings
- Administer medications safely and accurately
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with the care team and family
- Deliver exceptional, family-centered pediatric care
