Job summary

Community Care, Inc. in Pennsylvania is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide 1:1 private duty nursing for a 4-year-old female child in a home setting.

This full-time day shift role offers meaningful connections, attentive care, and opportunities to make a difference in a child's daily life. You will perform ADLs, G-tube care, med administration, breathing treatments, and clear communication with the family and care team.

Qualifications

• Current LPN (or RN) license in Pennsylvania (PA).
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• At least 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred).
• CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Provide G-tube care and feedings.
• Administer medications safely and accurately.
• Administer breathing treatments.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with the care team and family.
• Deliver exceptional, family‑centered pediatric care.
