Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in the multi-family apartment industry.
• Experience in dealing with customers or the public.
• Leasing/customer service and collections experience helpful.
• Previous management experience helpful.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Post rent and payments in Yardi and ensure proper setup for online payments.
• Address late rent payments following IPM policy and contact delinquent residents.
• Process purchase orders and invoices; manage vendor approvals.
• Attend court dates for evictions and conduct move-out inspections.
• Assist Community Manager and support leasing activities and resident relations.
