Qualifications

• Experience coordinating events, including weddings.
• Strong communication and organization.
• Willingness to work weekends and on-site events.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ceremony and reception setup per floor plan.
• Place décor items and manage on-site presentation.
• Support guest flow and respond to guest questions during events.
• Coordinate vendor arrivals and provide direction.
• Assist with timeline execution and room flips as needed.
• Help with special moments: cake cutting, entrances, speeches, and first dances.
