• Assist with ceremony and reception setup according to floor plan.
• Coordinate décor placement and personal details.
• Keep spaces clean and presentation-ready throughout the day.
• Welcome and direct vendors on arrival.
• Assist with ceremony organization and processional timing.
• Manage guest flow and answer questions during events.
• Support timeline monitoring alongside Lead Planner.
• Help with room flips and reception transitions.
• Coordinate moments like cake cutting, entrances and dances.
• Collect personal items and ensure décor is packed at close.
• Assist with problem-solving while staying calm and professional.
• Represent Leigh & Co. with courtesy and top client service.
