Qualifications

• Food and Beverage experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Certifications: TABC and Serve Safe Food Handlers required
• Take full ownership of tasks and ensure their completion
• Strong enthusiasm for helping clients and making events memorable
• Meticulous attention to every aspect of your work
• Confident in coordinating and executing events
• Excellent communication with coworkers and clients
• Physical ability to lift 30 lbs and stand/walk 8–12 hours

Responsibilities

• Attend detail meetings and lead rehearsal activities.
• Oversee the wedding ceremony processional and recessional.
• Complete coordinator tasks during receptions to ensure a smooth event flow.
• Collaborate with banquet team to deliver outstanding service.
• Maintain venue cleanliness and organization at all times.
